Cucina Centrale

I ordered takeout for a quick lunch for my son and I: poke, burger, and chicken nuggets. Everything was delicious and plentiful. The owner and staff were very kind and polite, very friendly, and above all, super quick at preparing my order. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality. Excellent value. Wide selection of poke, fried rice, handmade bao, burgers, fried foods, salads, hot dogs, and desserts. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes.

We were visiting Terni on Sunday. While walking, a friend of mine and I stumbled upon this place and were immediately struck by the friendliness and professionalism of the owners. They're young, courteous, and eager to experiment. I must say, without exaggeration, they've succeeded perfectly. After sampling some of their dishes, my friend and I looked at each other, amazed by the deliciousness of what we ate, without exaggerating the Michelin-starred restaurant vibe! Congratulations, guys! Best of luck, and I hope you continue on this path! I highly recommend stopping by because it's truly worth it.

I usually trust tradition, but many people have recommended this culinary experience to me. Chicken fried rice exceeded expectations. An explosion of flavors: toasted rice with chicken, peppers, almonds, vegetables, and a sautéed egg. Every flavor was balanced. Perfect service and delivery presentation with everything you need on hand. Condiments, cutlery (and chopsticks). A new, sure-fire customer.
